“Phase I/II Study of Human Neural Stem Cells (HuCNS-SC) in Thoracic Spinal Cord Injury: Clinical Translation and Update”

Stephen Huhn joined StemCells, Inc. in January 2007 to direct the Company’s preclinical and clinical development programs for CNS indications. Prior to joining the company, he was an Associate Professor of Neurosurgery at Stanford University and Chief of Pediatric Neurosurgery at the Lucile Salter Packard Children’s Hospital. Dr. Huhn maintains a Consulting Associate Professor appointment (without salary) with the Department of Neurosurgery at Stanford University. He will report on the progress of Stem Cells Inc.’s PhaseI/II clinical trial of its HuCNS-SC cells in chronic spinal cord injury.
